#squadgoals Group Coaching is our signature offering organizations to help offer support to their Black and Latinx employees to take their careers to the next level

The #squadgoals group coaching sessions aim to help participants understand how to be successful in their career journey by helping them overcome a specific obstacle they are having trouble growing through in the organization and providing a safe space for them to face their limitations. All sessions will be led by one of our Black or Latinx career coaches.

The 1-hour #squadgoals group coaching sessions will help up to 10 participants utilize the #truthanddare framework to identify the why behind a growth area, build-up confidence by using peer-to-peer exercises, and dare the students being coached to develop the challenge area they are facing using mindful career coaching techniques so they can excel in their role and organization.
